Membership fees and service charges are due in advance according to your chosen payment schedule. Late payments may result in suspension of membership privileges. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional agreements you may have with us, constitute the entire agreement between you and BrightImperium regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
